YOU can choose to Buy or Pass on the projects offered

If you choose to buy, then we will enter into a Pre-construction Purchase Contract.  Deposits will start being charged at that point.

We will build and deliver the unit, in approximately 18-24 months

Once the unit is move-in-ready, closing happens!!

Keys are given, you move in, new possibilities arise
